Her mission is to empower anyone with mobility challenges or chronic health needs. Aging in place and living safely through healthcare tailored to the individual should be an option for all.

Meet Rosie
My journey in healthcare is rooted in a long-standing nursing career, including over 8 years of experience providing primary care directly in my patients’ homes. This experience taught me that a clinic visit rarely tells the whole story.
By coming to you, I can see the “big picture” details—like home safety risks or footwear challenges—that are missed during a traditional medical office visit.
EDUCATION AND CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
My clinical experience is backed by a Bachelor of Science from St. Mary’s College, a Bachelor of Nursing from Marian University, and a Master of Nursing from Indiana University.
Nursing CERTIFICATIONS
The American Association of Nurse Practitioners certifies me as an Adult-Gero Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-C). To provide the highest level of care, I have a Foot Care Nurse (CFCN) and a Wound Care Professional (CWP) certification.
Life beyond the medical bag
Most days my world revolves around my family. I am a wife and mom of two, which means I understand firsthand the juggle of coordinating care with the demands of life.
To find my own balance, you can usually find me spending time with my girlfriends, reading, embroidering, or in my garden. I am a passionate gardener—last year, my favorite success was a beautiful crop of okra! I’m an animal lover and fur mama to three.
